Dare2Trade is a simulated trading game that uses historical or market data for educational and entertainment purposes only. No real money is traded, and no actual financial instruments are bought or sold through the Service.

Nothing in the Service constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for any real-world trading or investment decisions you make.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service or use it in any way that:

• Violates any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempts to interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
• Attempts to gain unauthorized access to other users’ data or accounts.
• Uses automated tools or bots to manipulate leaderboards or game results.

4. Leaderboards and Content

The Service may display leaderboards, statistics, and shareable content based on game results. You grant Dare2Trade a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display and use your chosen profile name and game statistics within the Service for this purpose.

5. No Warranty

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the data, simulations, or results are accurate, complete, or error-free, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or secure.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dare2Trade and its creators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or used the Service in a way that could cause harm to us, other users, or the platform.

8. Changes to the Service and Terms

We may modify or discontinue parts of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date below. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
